1、Product Overview
The rotation stage is for finely tuning the part’s rotation angle. For the contact method, there is a metal surface contact method and ball bearing method. The angles are marked along the circumference; after setting it in the current position, it will stay put once fastened with the clamp screw; and it can be fine tuned with the micrometer head. Some products like 80, 100, 120, 150, have an inner hole in the middle of the stage where the optical beam can go through and be mounted. Products with ball bearings that can be used in heavy load situations are also available.

3、Usage Environment
Usage Environment: 10~50℃, 20~70%RH
Recommended Usage Environment: 22±5℃, 20~70%RH
Note: If it is to be used outside the recommended usage range, prior consultation is required. The applicable temperature may vary depending on various factors such as the type of the Stage, installation conditions, operating conditions, and performance.
※ It is not recommended to install in the following places.
① Places with a lot of dust or powder (especially metal powder)
② Places exposed to direct sunlight or with radiant heat
③ Places close to a fire source
④ Places where corrosive or flammable gases are generated
⑤ Places where it can come into contact with water or oil
⑥ Places where vibration or impact can be transmitted
⑦ Places with a lot of salt and organic solvents
4、Usage Method of the Rotary Sliding Stage
① Coarsely adjust to the target angle by using the transfer handle. Coarse adjustment range: 360°.
② Tighten and fix the coarse adjustment fixture.
③ Fine-tune to the target angle by using the Micro Head.
④ Tighten and fix the fine-tuning fixture.
